My child got their result today from the Slough consortium and based on last years thresholds they would get into all 4 schools. Herschel is difficult to reach from us and my child did not like St. Bernhards, so now there is the choice between Upton Court or Langley (or the local comprehensive). One difference is that Upton Court offers French and Langley German. Any other differences anyone knows and we should be aware of? For example does anyone know about after school clubs that are particularly noteworthy? Do they both have regular school productions? I guess both schools have mostly children that were highly tutored to the test, or is there a difference between the schools?
