Lunch bag for Yr. 7

Hello,
My DD is starting Yr. 7 in September and I would appreciate some advice on a lunch bag that can fit a sandwich box or a food flask and can fit in her school rucksack. From what I have observed most of the kids at her new school seem to have a black Nike rucksack. I have bought one for her for September. My DD tells me that it would not be socially acceptable to have a lunch bag too. Any suggestions please? Thank you.

Step away from the lunch bag!

a Tupperware box is your friend here.

Absolute no to the lunch bag. Tupperware is all that’s required.

Yeh plastic clippy box. And be glad if that’s acceptable. Most of the lads in my form used to bring their lunch in a plastic bag!

No lunch bag

absolutley no to the lunch bag! They shove it in their bags somewhere or
eat it on the way to school.

Your dd is right - a plain plastic Tupperware is best.

Thank you so much everyone for your advice. It's a unanimous ' no' to the lunch bag, and Tupperware all the way. What would I do without all the helpful advice on MN. 79onOrange x
