Why do you ask on a forum like this? Surely they’re all trying to advertise their own business. I wouldn’t personally ask for or recommend a tutor on MN

I've recommended lots of teachers and tutors over the years to people on mumsnet - one has been with one of the music teachers for over 3 years now. It can be a great place to get recommendations from people who have tried and tested.

Verity - English tutor was recommended here and I can confirm that she is excellent and very good with children.
