Croxely Dane school

My son was offered a place in Croxely Dane. Any views about the school? Is it a diverse, academic school? Should I be concerned about bullying. Any advice appreciated. Thank you!

Croxley Danes is not an academic school for the area, it's very close to schools with much better reputations, such as Rickmansworth, Watford Girls, Watford Boys and Clemant Danes.
There were rumours of bullying being mishandled.
Are you out of area? It's not a school I'd travel far for.
