Looking at a move for sixth form. DD is very academic, enjoys lots of her school work, and is aiming for a humanities degree at Oxford. She’s articulate and enjoys talking about many topics, especially with adults. Also feels anxious easily, and is emotionally quite immature. Not sporty or an all rounder.
We have the opportunity for her to go to Lancing, having visited it felt much more normal than I had expected - thought it would be very posh and hothouse type place. It would be long days for DD as it’s about half an hour on school bus, plus Saturday, which DD is having a hard time considering despite liking general feel of the place. Please share any experiences your DC have had.
