In my final term for pgce. I just feel like I’m being pushed to put on a personality of someone who I’m not. My mentor keeps telling me to work on bringing in energy. I feel so worried about going back in after the Easter holidays

I'm sorry to hear you feel like this.
My nephew is also in his last few weeks and is finding it very tough.
He loves the kids and the actual teaching but his mentor is only 3 years older than him (!) and it's becoming clear they are not experienced enough and are struggling themselves.
What subject do you teach?
You only have a few weeks left...
If your observations are ok then your mentors views on "energy" are a bit irrelevant.
I'd be asking for specifics, I think...energy at the start of the lesson? at the end? When presenting new topics? During transitions?
It sounds quite vague... Ask for more detail and advice on how to approach "bringing more energy".
