Hi want to take my son to see Macbeth (Theatre with David Tennant) at the Vue and wondered if anyone knew of any discount codes etc. He's studying it for GCSE. Don't want to pay 20 plus pounds if not necessary. Thank you

Is this the live screening with Tenant and Cush Jumbo? It’s brilliant and well worth seeing. Not aware of any discount codes tho but I think £20 is good value

There aren't normally discount codes for theatre livestreams.

It is a fantastic production though.

It you’re not set on the David Tennant version… National Theatre Live has a Ralph Fiennes and Indira Varma version - app is £9.99 a month and you can cancel after a month.

We saw that version as 'NT Live' at our local Odeon last year and it was good, even if I did comment to a friend, The Scottish Play was good, apart some rather excessively shouting bits at the beginning and youn Mr Fiennes Doing A Juliet Stevenson (a reference to her not very corpse-like corpse playing in The Duchess of Malfi) at the end.
