Orleans Park or Turing House?

Would be grateful for any personal experiences at either Orleans Park or Turing House - especially in terms of pastoral care and extra-curricular?? Dd has a place at Turing but pretty sure we’ll get offered an Orleans place on the waiting list. Really loved Turing House but Orleans Park is walkable which is easier. Struggling to decide!

I've had 2 at Turing, and many of their friends from primary went to Orleans Park. Honestly, they're both great schools, so you are lucky to have the choice of both. What does your child think? It'll probably come down to where their friends are going and which school uniform they like better, but those are as good as anything else for deciding between them. 😁

Depending on where you live, check out the walking/cycling time to Turing on Google Maps. Some walk/cycle up Meadway then Montrose Avenue. Others cycle through Crane Park.

Very positive experience of Turing - dedicated teachers, great head teacher. A really caring and supportive school. My Dchild left a couple of years ago, but I haven’t heard anything negative from current parents. No direct experience of Orleans but again it sounds like an excellent school.
