Moved on allocation day - what now?!

Hi!
Just looking for a bit of advice really!
We last minute moved house on allocation day. It all happened really quickly!
I was advised by OCC to stick with the choices we had and when we moved, send our change of address and proof through once places had been allocated and we will be put through the second phase.
We didnt get either choice for our old address, I haven't accepted the place anyway as we are way out of catchment, its about 30 mins away by car. I've changed our address and preferences, but it looks like our catchment school is full as well.
My DS will probably have to go to the school I'd really rather he not go to, which fills me with anxiety!
I checked our application and it still has our old address on it so I have no idea what will happen now! I requested a change of address, with proof, twice!

Does anyone know if the address changes take place during this second round of applications as they process them? And what happens if your child is on SEN and you request a specific school because of SEN support. (No EHCP)
The catchment school we would like has a small intake and the other possibility is massive with not the greatest reputation!
I'm guessing our wisest choice is to take whatever we are offered this round and if it's not our first choice, put him on the waiting list and hope for the best?
