Secondary school waiting lists

just needed some advice

the date to accept and decline secondary school placement was 17th March, we can get an update of where we are on the waiting list from the 25th, but how and when do they start to allocate places from the waiting list? How long would you think the wait time would be?

I think they will start allocating as soon as a place comes up. Obviously it depends where you are on list. Some will accept a place but be on other waiting list, some go private etc
