Kent - secondary offer day - timing?

Nervously anticipating tomorrow! KCC says it's after 4pm for the email, but they said this for the 11+ results too and in reality they came much earlier in the day. Anyone in Kent know if it actually is 4pm, or do they start coming earlier?

I've got a 2 hour meeting starting at 4pm - I really want the email to come before that otherwise I'll go crackers!!

I'm still waiting the official email from Kent Council but the Judd school has released the cut off scores for this year already.

Admissions Update
3 March 2025

On 3 March 180 offers were made. The number of places available for the inner area is 157; the outer area is 23. The cut-off score for our inner area was 371 (2024: 383) with the outer area being 398 (2024:412) (not all students on those scores were offered a place).

Gosh that's quite a bit lower than last year for outer area - I know a couple of people at school who are going to be happy with that this year!

The overall Kent test scores this year are lower compared to previous years, and the number of people achieving full marks has also decreased significantly. So, I think the cut off scores at Judd is reasonable.

Does anyone know any parents from previous years who have said what time they got their offer?

Thinking of you all - have done the 11+ and National Offer day waits 4 times in Kent with 4 different children. Three times the emails arrived after 3 and before 4 - one year it was after 5.30 and the portal had crashed so I couldn't check (but he followed his brothers to Skinners' and had the qualifying score so I knew it would be ok - as long as I'd filled in the form properly!)

Good luck - those scores look significantly lower than previous years.....!

This is my first time. The score achieved I am hoping was more than enough (398) however my main worry is I have not completed the form correctly myself. It’s a horrible wait.

Sounds like that will be a very good score @MumShep21 enough to get your first choice....I'm sure all will be well. Good luck!

I can't understand why KCC has to be so slow with this! All these other LAs getting theirs out at 00.01 and here we are at 4.30pm going mad!
