Highgate school building works

Hi, DS has 7+ offers from Highgate, UCS and Habs. DD waiting to hear back on 11+… We’d have to move for all 3 so location / commute not a major issue. We’re leaning towards Highgate (especially if DD gets in) but one concern we have is the potential 10 year Programme of building works. I’d love to hear from current parents as to whether they are concerned that would negatively impact the children’s experience of what seems to be an excellent school and facilities… thanks!

Building works inevitably effects experience of facilities, but the pay off is nice facilities as they open (presumably some things will open each year, they won’t wait for ten years to unveil it all?)

that said of those choices I would pick Habs if you get in. It’s such a lovely balanced school and perfect for a boy and girl.
