My son is autistic - he's clever academically in subjects like Maths, but is quiet and shy.

He has been offered a place at Aldenham School and I was wondering what people's experiences of the school were.

We are still waiting on an outcome from John Lyon.

What are the strengths of Aldenham School? Do children there succeed academically? How do their GCSE results compare to other similar schools?

It’s not majorly academic school and it’s not academically selective but has a rep as being kind and supportive
There are league tables of rankings by grades
Depends where you think your son will flourish, what’s a good fit
Finally, good to have choices and hope ll works out

Thank you @Zone2NorthLondon. It's good to know that Aldenham has a reputation for being kind and supportive. That's really important for me in choosing a school for him.
