If a student gets 8s in both their Y10 and Y11 coursework assignments, is a 9 overall still achievable following the 10 hour Summer exam?

I believe grade 9 could be achieved be due the final exam being 40% of the overall grade within the AQA marking scheme.
Grade 8 for coursework alone is amazing!
Art GCSE is much more demanding than people anticipate.
