Effort at school

Hello , my daughter who's 14 perfect student in school but seems to have recently started to give up in school a bit . In graphics she just puts no effort in anymore after having a 10 hour mock and trying her hardest but getting the lowest in the class she sits there doing barley anything all lesson playing with a hair band or water bottle
Today in English her and her mate was making a fan because she gave up with the work
What should I do
She has dyslexia btw

How do you know this?
Do you work in the school?

Is she wanting to do graphics at GCSE? If not then I wouldn't sweat it.
The English is a bigger concern but you say she is dyslexic, is it that she is struggling with that and needs help but isn't getting it so she can't move forward with the work? Overall what support does she need with her dyslexia?
