The Buckinghamshire website has a familiarisation paper for the late transfer test, but presumably you've seen that?

There aren’t any formal past papers, the provider is GL, and it covers similar material: so the same practice materials should suffice.
Suggest you start a thread on the forum mentioned above to see if anyone has more specific prep advice.
Do note, however, that there aren’t any “new” entry spaces for 12+, your DC would have to pass then go on a waiting list at the school you want, every year children pass and then have no space to move into.

Yes, some of the grammar schools very rarely have places in Y8; others are more likely to but you do need to be realistic about your chances.
