Tiffin school priority area

Anybody who has been offered a place at Tiffin boys from outside the priority area?

We are at 10.5 kms and just wondering if we really stand a chance!

I thought that no one has ever been offered from outside the priority area since it was put in place, but happy to be corrected

I agree with the PP. As far as I know, it states on their website that nobody has been offered a place outside the priority area since its inception. That might have changed but I don't think so. If you live outside of it, your chances of getting a place are very very small.

As the attached admissions FAQ say - Since introducing the Priority Area (previously the Inner Priority Area), places have only been offered to those who live within 10km of the school.

How are you measuring? Are you using the as the crow flies measurement?

If you really want the school, perhaps consider moving for it? You could also find out what is the deadline for this.....for example you could wait until he passes stage 1 before making the commitment to move?
