Does anyone have any experience what the SENCO department is like and how children get on?

SEN team are amazing . The way they have helped my son and supported us as a family has been fabulous .

Same here, SEN team have been excellent. My DS had ongoing problems at primary that were glossed over. Identified as soon as he started at Halliford and help and support given before I’d even had a chance to contact the SENCO myself.
