Dear all - looking for reviews on St. Mary’s cambridge as my daughter has a place in 2026. Good and bad experiences welcome as we make up our minds.

The school really does treat every child as an individual. I know many parents/daughters that have gone there and they have nothing but praise for the time and effort that the staff give to the students. There's also a lot of research showing that girls achieve higher grades and are more likely to pursue the subjects they love in girls' schools too.

They are really open to facilitating new parents speaking with current parents, so maybe contact them to arrange that?

You might want to try posting on the Cambridge Local board as well as here. I don’t know anyone unhappy with it, it certainly would be my choice over Stephen Perse Foundation. You are looking quite far ahead.

I assume you don’t have brothers coming along behind to consider?

I know four girls who have been/are at the school. All have been really happy there and they're all quite different with different interests. It seems like a really nice school.
