We are planning a move to Bristol and love the bedminster area. Does anyone have any insight on Ashton Park secondary school ? Its progress scores/results are not hugely appealing but I've seen it is fast improving. If you know of or have kids there - what's the school /learning culture like amongst the pupils? For us this is key as we both attended a school (in another city and a long time ago!) where you got knocked down (by other kids) if you worked hard and we don't want that for our kids..
Any insight/recent experiences will be so appreciated.. it's so hard to judge from reports!
