TFL under maintenance for 11-15 zip card

Does anyone know of a different route to apply for a 11-15 zip card as the website has been under maintenance?

@RockaLock - agree with your DS - I'd apply now and keep the new card safely at home ready for when he needs it. Because a new one normally takes a few days and I imagine they will have to work through a backlog. And unlike railcards, or even my DP's 60+ Oystercard (free travel in London including the tube except before 9 am on weekdays), the expiry date is fixed to 30 September after the end of year 13.
