Hi there looking for some advice.
My son is an avid footballer and not the strongest academically we thought going to a sixth form linked to football would be a good way to keep him motivated. He did pretty well in his mocks passing everything with higher marks in science which he has always been strong at.
He was offered places at multiple football academies including one very good one that is based at a secondary school. Which was his preference as it has very good coaches he has been in pre season training with them all summer and is enjoying it.
Last week's his results ended up being much worse than expected and the school withdrew the offer. The Manager of the academy (who is also the sport teacher and would be my form tutor) has appealed this and still wants my son there.
The head of sixth form keep telling the manager/teacher they will let him know a decision soon (first it was Friday then Tuesday then today and now Friday)
The other academies still want my son to go there despite his results but want him to enroll before Friday.
So after that ramble is it possible for him to enroll and then change his mind if his original choice say yes or once he enrolls is that it is he bound to that place?
