School mobile phone pouch £20

Am I being unreasonable to say the school should not charge £20 for a mobile phone pouch that costs £11 on Amazon?

Tried that, they have now elaborated that the pouches they sell are lockable and controlled by the teacher….the plot thickens

It will be a pouch that can be locked with a magnetic thing like the security tags on clothes you buy. It can only be unlocked at unlocking stations that de-activate the lock.
