Can you provide new evidence at the hearing? or does all the evidence need to be submitted when the appeal was submitted (deadline 4 working weeks after you receive school offer?)

If you have new evidence then submit it as early as you can. You can submit it at the hearing but it can be discounted.

@RedflagmanI represent our school at appeals. It's fairly common (though obviously not encouraged) for parents to submit late evidence before the hearing. The clerk will circulate it as a supplementary evidence pack, so it creates more work for everyone, but at least they get to read it before the meeting.

If you submit it at the meeting, it may need to be adjourned to give people the opportunity to read it. The Chair can also refuse to let you submit it.

Thank you...

It's not for myself personally.
