Thought I’d start a new thread as having been on the Year 11 23/24 threads for a while everything is very English exam board based and the CCEA timetable seems completely different, and of course specifications are very different too.
Here for the updates, support and chat from other Northern Irish GCSE parents.
DD has done English Lang Unit 1 and RS Ethics so far and was happy with both papers. English Lang certainly seemed much better than last year’s paper so she’s glad that her school does both papers in 5th year rather than Unit 1 in 4th year like a lot of other schools. Many of her friends in other schools did it last year and did not like it one bit.
