DD has her finance exam in May. At the tricky age of 17, I hope she is getting on with revision but often is last minute. Maths is definitely not her strong point and just found out that this exam is a third of the overall mark Confused
Does anyone have any words of wisdom or any useful revision ideas that I can slyly leave around. Or any positive stories of other Maths haters doing ok?!

I am a coach and work with teenagers to help them overcome difficulties like that. I am not sure if you are familiar with the concept of Growth mindset but if not, listen to Carol Dweck's TedTalk here-. https://www.teencoaching.co.uk/tedtalksandbooks-teens
A lot of people struggle with Maths and so in that case it is a question of mindset - how much effort and pain is she willing to put up with to improve? What you can do to help your daughter is to encourage every slight effort that you see she is making by praising the work, focus, resilience etc... and not focusing so much on the results. That will encourage her to put more effort so she is able to overcome her struggles.
Also, this funny video of Jack Ma who made $24 billion dollars with his business shows that hard work and resilience is the key to his success:
