St Catherine’s secondary waiting list

We are on the waiting list for St Catherine’s in Bromley for yr 7 entry. This is still our first choice and hoping we might still have a chance of getting in.

Can anyone please give me any advice on waiting list places into St Catherine’s, and if we should expect to receive an offer.

Does anyone know if girls at the bottom of the waiting list eventually receive an offer?

I suspect we are at the bottom of the waiting list as we haven’t yet heard anything. I know there might still be some movement, but most offers have now been accepted. Thanks!

there might be some movement as I know some girls aren't happy in the prep school so they might not accept their place at the last minute. There are always last minute changes. Alternatively, some move after only one term in the senior school so a place might become available later?

Suprised they have a wait list, I know they offered a girl rejected by another local school, they're family friends of ours and totally didn't expect to get in, but got a place here but not at the place they perceived was a done deal. If I was you I'd ring up, as you might have simply bee overlooked!!! Also time is getting on now most schools have done all their offers etc.

I think a lot of offers have been accepted, but hoping there is still a bit more of a shift even before the full terms fees are due and also as the deadline to accept state school offers approach.

I have some friends who have accepted places at state and haven’t yet turned down their place at private.

I have emailed admissions a couple of times so they know we are very keen.

I suppose I was just wondering about our chance of getting in being on the WL.
