I wondered if you might know if there is a pay tv channel or service that I could get to find lots of boring science documentaries?
I'm looking for things a bit like this:
But as scheduled tv so we don't have to think of what to search for on youtube.
The reason is that we are home schooling GCSEs for a nervous ASD child, and we'd like to see all sorts of educational documentaries.
We don't like the modern style of tv that has tension music and the camera swooshing around to make it seem exciting. We'd like it quite calm. No mentions of horror or death or things like that to "liven it up". We don't like that stuff.
Anything up the excitement level of the bake off or the pottery throwdown is good.
Any suggestions gratefully received.
