Received a call from secondary mid December to say not to collect DS's certificates after the holidays as they had to send them back to correct name and they were still waiting for them.
Have given the Exams Officer two months as understood there were delays from exam boards and it was a busy time for them processing this year's students, however it's now been over two months since they contacted us (not taking into account when they actually sent them back), we have heard nothing and they are not responding to requests for an update.
Is there really such a massive delay of 2-3 times the standard turnaround from exam boards and are others still waiting?
