Dinner lady interview-please help

I am guessing they will ask some health and safety questions.... I have an interview for dinner lady job and I want to read about govt rules in school canteens. Where can I find this info?

Look at Safeguarding- they always ask about that. Policy should be on the website.
As for canteen - will you be making the lunches or supervising the kids?

Know some basic food hygiene as well

Is there a seperate protocol for food hygine or just general hygine sense?

I agree be ready for some safeguarding questions like “what would you do if you were helping a child with their lunch and they disclosed Xxx to you” etc.
