Watford schools

Hey everyone,
we have moved to Watford not too long ago, I wanted to know what the secondary schools are like as my son will be going to year 7 next September. We’ve applied for Watford boys as it is just a walk away but after going to the open days my son really liked Westfield academy but I preferred Croxley Danes. I haven’t heard great things about Westfield academy so was wondering if anyone could enlighten me a bit more. Just thinking about our options if we don’t get in the boys school.

the support at the school is terrible they also do not support mental health needs students are ignored when they express there need for help

students are also told to behave whilst guests are around and are threatened to be expelled if they don’t comply

student have also been ridiculed infront of there year as what a “terrible” student they are and told they should not be there friends

students have also been locked in rooms unable to leave for hours at a time (not counting the isolation room)

this school is like a prison

I am also decided moving to Watford area and need to prepare admission to secondary school for my girl too.

I am talking about Croxley Dane’s school it is terrible
