My year 6 daughter has had her eye on Coloma for a long time. Probably because I went there myself many moons ago. When we looked around the open evening was unorganised, the head no where to be seen and the girls showing us around were untidy, sassy and scrolling through their phones as we went around. To say I was unimpressed was an under statement. I know you can’t judge a school by an open evening alone, so are there any current parents who could give me more insight into what it’s like there at the moment. I understand it’s had many head changes, which is worrying but the results still look strong. I am worried about the pastoral care and whether my daughter would fit in. Also do you have to be Catholic anymore? In my day it was absolutely 100% in the 11-16 age groups. Thank you in advance.
