I have just received my sons GCSE English lang paper. He was 2 marks off a 4. Any recommendations on how I can get this independently reviewed to decide if I should submit for a remark. I’m happy to pay

School? A marking review won't be a specific full remark just check each answer was allocated to the correct band and added up correctly, tbh you probably have little to lose if he needs the 4 to avoid a resit.

The school should look at it and advise you. Unless there are obvious errors in the marking, it's unlikely to change.
