Best area for school in Amersham

Hello All,

We plan to buy house in Amersham but very new to this area so need guidance for best area to live considering proximity to good primary, upper and grammar schools ( Dr challoner high and Chesham ) as well as safe and quiet neighbourhood with good family places like parks etc for kids.

Also wanted to stay close to station that can take me to London and possibly near M40 and M25.

My wife doesnt drive so wanted to stay close to schools that are walkable.

We are looking for 3 bed and budget around 650-700k. Prefer either modern or refurbished houses.

Please let us know your recommendations?

I suggest you look on Zoolpa. Its quite small budget for the area. Have you visited?

Look next door in Chesham, same train line, same grammar school catchment area, same supermarkets etc but more house for your money
