Which colour shoes would be best with a charcoal suit?

I don't think you can go wrong with black. Did you have a colour in mind?

I was thinking black. It seems like tan is popular but I think that's better suited to light grey or navy suits? Maybe dark brown if my son really wanted brown?

Maybe I was the wrong poster to reply as I hate brown / tan shoes with suits 🤣

Yeah, if your DS can't be convinced to go with black then dark brown is the lesser of the brown / tan evils!

My son just wore his school shoes which were black with his charcoal suit.

I'm glad that you think black looks nice with charcoal too. My DSs school shoes are hanging on by a thread otherwise we'd do the same.

LOL - having a very similar conversation at this end. Tan definitely seems to be 'in' .... perhaps coordinate with rust colour tie...otherwise personally think it 'pops' slightly too much!

With grey or black suits only black shoes suit. Never brown! Looks terrible
