Do we know what subjects are in each science paper?

Hiya

Are there set topics/themes that will be in each science paper?
I googled it and it says paper 1 Biology would cover infection and response, cell biology etc and then paper 2 covers over areas?
I'm not sure if this is correct.
My dd is doing separate AQA papers.

Go to the AQA website, look up the GCSE subject and under "specification" it tells you which topics are on which paper.
