Laurus Cheadle - furthest distance admitted?

Trying to find data on the furthest distance Laurus admitted to this year or in previous years but can’t track it down. Does anyone know?

It used to be on the website but seems to have disappeared!

Which Laurus? CHHS or LC?
I have friends around Cheadle (Stockport side) and Heald Green who didn't get in LC the last couple years. Both have around 300 on wait list

it’s not actually me, it’s a friend who I think has unrealistic hopes of getting in, & I haven’t been able to find the data for her!

They need to ask where on the wait list they are. It's only a PAN of 210 so not very big & very popular. If they were eg no5 I'd say a good chance. If no155 then no.

No, they haven’t applied yet - this is for Sept 24. Obviously she can apply regardless of the stats on previous years but I always like to know the data!

So much talk about wait lists that I assume they on that. So much also depends on how big that birth year is too of course. Guess they should put it as 1st then two more realistic options. A 1.8 mile radius isn't unusual for a popular school of 300 in similar areas. ( depends on catchment numbers too assuming they not in it)

Argh - I've just noticed they don't have a catchment area unlike other Stockport schools

Hi year 7 intake in sept 2023 catchment area was 0.89 miles
