Hi all, I'm looking for a local (Clapham Junction) tutor in maths or maths/english for my thirteen year old, to inspire, help engage again, and to build confidence. We are definitely not looking for exam hot-housing.

I’ve heard of Your Local Tutors being recommended highly recently (I’m in Wimbledon but know a couple of families further out in SW) - you can make your requests for the type of tutor you want and they put you on a wait list for the specific tutor match that meets your criteria. Not like an agency, seems v organic and personalised. Must say I haven’t used them myself though. Good luck!

Hi, don't know if you are still looking for a maths tutor but dd used this wonderful tutor who is a maths undergraduate at Oxford university. He has tonnes of experience in tutoring and dd improved massively in her time with him. Session were online so very convenient.
