does anyone here have experience with Canbury School?
I am looking for a school with small class sizes, nurturing, providing the necessary scaffolding for kids with special needs however in the same time challenging and stretching them when they show potential for academic achievement.
My son is currently in Y5 in a state school with EHCP due to his ADHD and borderline ASD. We manage the ADHD symptoms with medication. He needs special needs around inferencing in reading comprehension and writing composition due to his speech and language developmental delay. He is catching up, I see he has potential but is all happening slowly..
Any advice regarding Canbury will be useful or any other non-selective, independent school in the area.
