What are the best state high schools in Exeter - in your opinion - and why?
We are relocating to Exeter and I want to try and define the top three I should aim for. I don't need the most academic - I am looking more for a well-run school, with a good / healthy vibe and an all-rounded approach.
Thank you!

Most of the Exeter schools are part of the Tedd wragg group, apart from St peters which is CofE. Grammar schools in torbay or colyton. Around exeter there are a number of other options, King's in Ottery always seems to get good feedback but need to be feeder school or catchment. DD1 is in Yr7 at St Peters and she seems happy but too early to tell

I can't provide much advice on schools in Exeter, but I am sure you will have a great time there as I went to university there! Great place to live in not too many tourists and pollution like London - whilst conveniently located only few hours from london by GWR.

Watching with interest. We are in a small town outside Exeter and i will definitely not want to send my DC to the associated secondary school.
But they all seem to come under the Ted Wragg group. Apart from St Peter’s, but I think we’ll struggle with admissions there.
