Sacred Heart High School, Hammersmith

Hi All,

My daughter has received a place at this school. We are deciding between this and an independent school.

I just wanted to know more about this school as of late I have been hearing some troubling things, appreciate these are all anecdotal and there are issues across the board.

Anyone with a daughter at the school can speak to the teaching, sports and friendships.

Also interested in hearing about the Hammersmith Broadway "hang out".

Probably depends on what independent school you are considering? Sacred Heart has a pretty good rep but it may not be able to compete with a good independent. Where do you live and how far would the commute be? Can you afford private fees or is it a stretch?

Fees will be a stretch. Commute is the same for both schools.

Just wanted to know more about Sacred Heart.

I know several families with girls there and they are generally happy. Hopefully someone can give more direct feedback.

I am curious about the Broadway hangout. 😂

I see lots of students from the area there for sure.
