Taunting teen

NC as outing but long time contributor (Pom Bear).

A student is repeatedly gaslighting, victim blaming and minimising the effects of a physical injury they caused to my teenager at school.

I don't think the school dealt with the original incident seriously enough so what is it reasonable for me to expect them to do now about the ongoing comments? I am thinking of asking the SLT lead on behaviour to tell the student not to discuss the incident or its ongoing impact on my teen's health with immediate effect else I will pursue the incident more formally. Any thoughts?

Obviously I don't want to make things worse for my teen but the student is acting with impunity and will be tomorrow's workplace bully.

What’s your teens opinion on this? Do they want it to be dealt with?

If your teen agrees I think that’s a great plan. My DD was seriously bullied at school and I should have fought harder. It was relentless.
