Emanuel School 11+ waiting list

I’m just wondering if anyone has recent experience with Emanuel waiting list. We just offered a place in waiting list and don’t know if we should keep our hopes up. Anyone has been in a similar situation?

We are also on the waiting list. Not sure how much it moves but imagine there are two points - movement after offer date acceptance (3rd March) and after state school offers come in.

If it is your first choice, I would let them now if and be proactive about it. Keep in touch with them so you are on their mind when they make offers. We will make our decision after the holder events, which I am sure a few others will do as well.

I have emailed them already to say it's our first choice. Also on waitlist for Caterham and Whitgift so hoping one of them comes through!

Did you not get any offers from the waitlist, or not emanuel? Did you find out at all where your dc was on the wlt? And how did you pursue the school? Many thanks 🙏
