Commute to Birmingham, good secondary schools. Looking for advice on where to move to for catchment inc Grammars.

Considering Worcestershire, Warwickshire or Birmingham. House budget around 500k.
prefer busy places but want school to be not too stressful so potentially ruled out B’ham KE schools but maybe no difference in terms of stress than other grammars?

An answer is Solihull. You can get a 3 bed house in the Tudor Grange or Alderbrook catchment area for less than £500k. Not in catchment for any grammar schools though.

An alternative is Sutton Coldfield. You can get a 3 bed house close to The Arthur Terry School for less than £500k, and I think Fairfax and Plantsbrook are also fairly good comprehensive schools. There's also a boys grammar school and a girls grammar school in Sutton Coldfield town centre, and you are in catchment for KE Aston boys or Handsworth Girls.
