Looking for recommendations for an Independent school that has a good SEN department and offers support for dyslexic children. Looking to start in Year 10. Thank you.

Cherwell
amazing school with several specialist SEN bases too
my daughter did brilliantly there!

Cherwell is not realistic unless you live well within catchment area. One of my friends live just inside catchment and didn’t get her ds in last year. Unless it is specifically named in EHCP I suppose which changes entry rules.

Bruern abbey just expanded up to gcse (used to end yr8) - they used to not take new entries after about yr5/6 but no idea now - boys school though

More realistic all co Ed options:
bloxham has a lot of dyslexia expertise and has a dyslexia ‘block’ in gcse years (not exactly sure what that entails)
kingham hill
shiplake
