Does anyone have any up-to-date knowledge about Birkenhead School, ie how academic, how difficult to get in, any knowledge as to whether there are typically spaces if not entering at 11+, what is the mix of boys and girls, pastoral care etc. I used to know it as a boys’ school, but understand it’s been mixed for some years now.
