We've seen some of their webinars and been really impressed. I've just booked a diagnostic for my year 11 daughter in her GCSE year. Does anyone have any experience of the coaching they offer? Thanks.

We did it for DD 2 years ago. Looking back, not sure I would do it again, considering the significant cost. I think the potential benefits of it ultimately depends on your child and their motivation for learning what is on offer.
DD would say all the right things and enjoyed the sessions but the real test was going away and applying the tools. If your teen is motivated, it might be useful but not sure for that cost. In fact, for a motivated child/teen, there are other ways to get study tools/hacks... plenty on youtube in fact for free.

Looking back, things got significantly better after a few teen coaching sessions for my DD. She was subsequently diagnosed with ADHD and her motivation, self-esteem had taken a toll during the course of the pandemic. Getting her diagnosis allowed her to feel she had to now look at how to live with her challenges and the teen coach helped hugely to gain some positivity on how to approach things generally. That.. and nothing beats parental involvement and support.

I think you have to consider your own DC's disposition and motivation before you embark on something expensive like this.
