Where to find help with revising for ICT BTEC exam

Can anyone advise? DD is facing her first BTEC exam - it's to do with databases. She's a few practice past papers but is struggling to know if she's putting her effort in the right place. She's not fully confident in functionality but when she asks teachers, they tell her to do the past papers.

She's emailed her tutor again but in the meantime I said I'd ask here. It's tricky, as the exam counts and there's no mock to let her know if she's on track. She's so far done very well with her coursework but revising effectively for exams was her issue with GCSEs so she is probably concerned she's doing it wrong, as well as not knowing where to look to fill in gaps in knowledge.

Have a look here for past papers.

You have to select the "qualification family" which would be BTEC First or BTEC National, then choose the "qualification subject" which is either Applied ICT or ICT. Then choose the "exam series" which is the date - if you enter the number 2 into that box it will come up with all the dates (2 for the year).

Thank you. That's very helpful.
