Can anyone tell me the ks2 scaled score (roughly) that is equivalent to a target of 7- in year 11?

No.

Some schools and companies might make stuff up, but that sort of fine level prediction (7- isn't a grade) isn't remotely reliable.

Not a teacher but know that kids’ development and progress is not linear at all. Only people who like 11+ nonsense will try to tell you that this can be predicted. It’s really ignorant.

Further to the above. Higher than 100.

By y11 any targets set from KS2 are largely irrelevant, and you should be concentrating on predictions based on the actual child the teachers have infront of them.
