Grammar schools start from Y7 so are not relevant for your Y4 child.

Places at Y9 at grammars are generally very hard to obtain as the schools are full with very little movement out as children are approaching their GCSE years.

Your best bet is for your sixth form child - assuming that they are joining the September after receiving their GCSE results and not imminently.

You are therefore probably best looking at which schools actually have spaces if you are adamant they should go to grammar.

Also there are no grammar schools in Harrow. There are some partially selective schools in Hertfordshire like Watford boys and girls 'grammars' and Parminters. I believe they select 25% on ability and 10% on muiscal aptitude.
As the above poster says though, you'll be looking for an in year place for year 9 so that will likely be limiting.
